Skinlastin is promoted, by the manufacturer, as a wrinkle cream that moisturizes.  Our research staff was unable to find any Skinlastin reviews that stated how Skinlastin helped to reduce puffiness or dark circles. Skinlastin retails for $80, our research staff has found other under eye treatment products on the market that are more cost effective and help to reduce dark circles and puffiness around the eyes.  Skinlastin has peptides which could help to reduce the look of fine lines and wrinkles.
