According to the manufacturer, you should clean and dry your under-eye skin and apply Deravera™ both in the morning and again at night using a cotton ball/Q-tip or a clean finger. Pat on a small amount of Deravera™ and wait for a few minutes for the cream to absorb before wiping away any excess cream.
